1. Who is responsible for your data
This site is operated by PediaSuite ("PediaSuite", "we"). For any privacy question, contact support@pediasuite.com.
2. What we collect
- Free calculators: no account is required. We do not collect or ask for any personal data or patient data to use them.
- Email sign-up: if you opt in for reference card downloads or updates, we collect only the email address you submit.
- Purchases: handled by our Merchant of Record payment providers (Creem / Gumroad). We receive purchase confirmation and limited billing details, but never your full credit card number.
- Analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting usage data via cookieless, non-invasive performance metrics (pages visited, device type, and country referrer).
3. How we use it
- To deliver what you requested — reference cards, launch alerts, or access to the NRP study module.
- To operate and maintain the security and speed of the website.
- To process purchases and provide customer support.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis
Where required by law (e.g. GDPR), we rely on your consent for optional email subscriptions, performance of a contract to deliver purchased study modules, and our legitimate interest in maintaining site security and functionality.
5. Third parties we share with
We share data only with essential infrastructure service providers: our payment processor (Creem / Gumroad), our transactional email service provider, and our static website hosting platform (Cloudflare Pages). Each vendor processes data strictly as required to fulfill their service to us.
6. Cookies and local storage
PediaSuite is a privacy-first web application. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The site uses only standard browser `localStorage` to save your dark/light theme preference locally on your device.
7. Data retention
We retain email subscription data until you unsubscribe, and transaction records for as long as required by tax and legal regulations.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@pediasuite.com. Every email newsletter also includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
9. Children
PediaSuite is designed for healthcare professionals and medical trainees. It is not directed at children under 16.
