1. Who we are
This website (pediasuite.com) and its services are operated by PediaSuite ("PediaSuite", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@pediasuite.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the site, the free calculators, or the paid NRP study module, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Not medical advice
PediaSuite is an educational and study tool. It is not medical advice and does not replace clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or official training. The calculators are reference aids; you are responsible for verifying every dose, value, and decision against your institution's guidelines and the current standard of care before acting on it. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using this site.
4. No affiliation or certification
PediaSuite is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) or the American Heart Association (AHA). NRP® and Neonatal Resuscitation Program® are registered trademarks of the AAP. Purchasing or using PediaSuite does not certify you in NRP or any other program; certification comes only from the official course.
5. Accounts and access
The paid module is a one-time purchase granting access for as long as the covered edition is current, as described at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
6. Payments, refunds, and cancellations
Payments are processed by our third-party Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, subject to their terms. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We offer a 14-day full refund policy for any purchase if you are unsatisfied with the study module — contact support@pediasuite.com to request one.
The paid module is a single one-time payment, not a subscription — there is no recurring charge to cancel. If you dispute a charge, please contact us first at the email above so we can resolve it directly before filing a chargeback.
7. Export restrictions
PediaSuite is a digital educational product with no physical shipment and no export or import restrictions beyond standard compliance with international sanctions lists, which our payment provider screens for automatically.
8. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own study. You may not resell, redistribute, share credentials for, scrape, or reproduce the paid content. The free calculators may be used at the bedside and bookmarked, but the underlying code and content remain ours.
9. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code on the site are owned by PediaSuite or its licensors and protected by applicable law, except third-party trademarks, which belong to their respective owners.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PediaSuite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
